Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of omarelattar.com and any purchase from Omar Elattar Productions Inc. ("Producer," "we," "us"). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you sign a Production Agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.

1. The Passionate Few Podcast Interview Package

We produce an in-person, professionally filmed 60 to 90 minute podcast interview on The Passionate Few, focused on your entrepreneurial journey, insights and business. The package includes:

• 20 social media video reels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• 5 collaboration reels posted by our team on Instagram
• 1 full-length HD interview (approx. 60 to 90 minutes)
• 2 sets of raw video and audio files, licensed for promotional use
• 2 custom YouTube thumbnails
• 2 pre-approved links to your business or social media
• SEO-optimized titles, keywords and descriptions

Deliverables arrive within approximately 6 to 8 weeks after filming.

2. Price and payment

The package fee is $35,000 USD, due in full at purchase to reserve production. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Third-party financing

You may pay through an approved financing provider such as PayPal Pay Later, Zip, Sezzle, Payva, Credit Key or ClarityPay. The fee is considered paid when we receive the funds. Your repayment obligations are solely between you and the provider and are not affected by any dispute with us. We are not responsible for provider interest, fees or charges.

4. Scheduling

Filming takes place on a mutually agreed date within 6 months of purchase. Unused reservations expire without refund. You may reschedule up to 2 times with at least 7 days' written notice. Late notice or a no-show forfeits that session. Delays beyond either party's control (illness, travel, venue, acts of God) are rescheduled without penalty or refund.

5. Content ownership and usage rights

We retain ownership of all recorded content, including raw and edited files. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered media for your own marketing and promotion across digital platforms.

6. Results

We guarantee publication of your interview on The Passionate Few. Views, engagement and business results depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

We are an independent contractor. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
