Refund Policy

This policy applies to The Passionate Few Podcast Interview Package sold by Omar Elattar Productions Inc.

72-hour cancellation

You may cancel for a full refund by written notice within 72 hours of purchase, as long as filming has not occurred.

After 72 hours

After 72 hours, all payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling instead of cancelling

You may reschedule your filming date up to 2 times with at least 7 days' written notice. Filming must take place within 6 months of purchase. Unused reservations expire without refund, and a late notice or no-show forfeits that session.

If we can't deliver

If we cannot film or deliver as agreed, we will reschedule or complete the work. If we cannot, we will refund the portion of the fee for undelivered items.

Financed purchases

If you paid through PayPal Pay Later, Zip, Sezzle, Payva, Credit Key or ClarityPay, any approved refund is issued through that provider under its terms. We are not responsible for provider interest, fees or charges.
